恣意的拘禁作業部会の国別訪問の目的

 

恣意的拘禁作業部会のTORによれば、

パラ4. 国別訪問の目的は、当該国における自由の剥奪の状況と恣意的拘禁の根本的な理由をより理解することである。

パラ5. 訪問の合意が得られれば、日程は協議の上、可能な限り早く設定する。

パラ6. 合意後6ヵ月以内に訪問日を設定できない場合および督促状を2度送っても回答がない場合、合意は無効とみなされ、作業部会はその旨を政府に書面で通知する。
